**Service Introduction**

The adult products manufactured by SHAKI Company are produced under strict quality control and will only be shipped after passing multiple inspections.

All SHAKI products are brand new;  please feel free to purchase and use them with confidence!

In the event that purchased goods are damaged during transportation, please contact customer service as soon as possible upon receipt of the items for resolution.

If a product is found to have quality issues prior to use:

- For instance, if the motor does not operate when powered on normally.

- If there is a lack of adhesive or breakage in fully wrapped adhesive products, this will be considered a quality issue.  Please reach out to customer service for assistance.

Products exhibiting such issues cannot be used.  Once opened or used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Due to the unique nature of adult products, they fall under the category of fast-moving consumables:

- Returns or exchanges due to non-production quality issues will not be accepted once the packaging has been opened.

- Non-quality-related returns and exchanges require assurance that the product remains unopened and unused.

- The shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges must be borne by the customer.

If damage occurs due to improper usage by customers or other human factors, our company does not accept returns or exchanges.

For goods purchased through authorized SHAKI agent platforms, any return or exchange requests should be handled by the respective agent.
